1. Acceptance of Terms

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phil777. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phil777 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Immediately notify phil777 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.

phil777 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach promptly upon becoming aware of it.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phil777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of phil777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form without the express prior written consent of phil777.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phil777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside our reasonable control (including acts of God, internet outages, or actions of third-party service providers).
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

phil777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

phil777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances in excess of any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.
